Abstract

The curriculum is the tool of science and its promise, and there is no way to make progress in a field without a clear curriculum, and (the research method) is the expression of the spirit of civilization and scientific progress. If civilization exists, it finds the curriculum, and Islamic civilization has taken a special approach that differs from the rest of the civilizations; The Muslims, although they contributed to the clarification and advancement of the science curricula that they transmitted from the Greeks, but they have their own sciences that they were unique with and they did not transmit in it from any of those who preceded them; Because it is related to their faith and belief, so their method of thought was (the jurisprudential approach). Because its main sources (the Qur'an and Sunnah) are the sources of legislation and sources of knowledge.

In order for the researcher in the Saudi systems to have a method, he must have a jurisprudential thought in the various branches, issued by a deliberate plan, targeting jurisprudence as a basic requirement. Devising jurisprudential rulings according to the rules and principles of Islamic legislation is a matter that requires the researcher to have accurate knowledge of the texts and ways of understanding them, as well as knowledge of the sources of legislation in what is not a text, so that his diligence leads to what achieves the desired result. In the fields of knowledge in general, and in the field of legislation and the formulation of regulations in particular, through a presentation of the efforts of jurists and fundamentalists, and mentioning their methods of thinking, research, and authorship, and deducing an integrated approach that will be of assistance to researchers, scholars and those interested in research and legal research methods.
