Work is one of the vital and social components upon which humans rely to create bonds and relationships. It is a referential system built on short- and long-term relationships, making the internal and external environment a reflection of the relationship between individuals, society, and its institutions. The educational institution is one of the largest of these institutions, contributing to building society and reflecting cultural and civilizational heritage. Its employees are subject to specific standards, numbering twenty-five, within a capacity-building program for primary and secondary education. This program is based on five areas that regulate the relationship between educational institutions and the external environment to achieve shared success.
