Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon Abu al-Qasim Muhammad and his pure and virtuous family. To proceed:
The Holy Qur'an is the book revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, containing the rulings, teachings, and values of Islam. With its style, meanings, and magical eloquence, it captivates people's hearts and captivates their minds. They are perplexed by its miraculous nature and filled with amazement at the profound effect it has on them. The Holy Qur'an has been and remains the supreme example of eloquent Arabic style, an example that is unmatched and unrivaled. The Qur'anic text is beyond doubt or controversy. Muslims were extremely careful to preserve and protect it immediately after its revelation. Furthermore, divine power has preserved it and protected it from any tampering or distortion. It is the revealed word of God, in which no change or deficiency can occur.
