Abstract

God Almighty has honored us with the message of our Prophet Muhammad – may God bless him and grant him peace – and brought us out of darkness into light.

Women gained a great place after they had suffered from marginalization and deprivation of rights, as they were given their value in all their forms as a mother, a sister, and a wife, and each one of them was given rights over her society, and he was instructed to take care of her, treat her well, and take care of her affairs.

Derogating from women's rights is not permissible. Rather, men are equated with women in performing obedient acts and receiving rewards for them. Islam has given women a great position in our Islamic societies, while in other societies they have lost much of their position. We see them competing with males to work in jobs that are not compatible with femininity and are not compatible with women's rights. Her nature and femininity, and makes women lose many things, most notably starting a family, caring for her children, and caring for her husband.

God commanded women in the Qur’an and revealed verses and rulings, so it was a legislative miracle that meets their needs and holds accountable everyone who harms or transgresses against them. God Almighty created women and He knows best what is appropriate for them and what legislation and rulings are appropriate for every time and place.  The verses in the Qur’an and the hadiths in the Sunnah of the Prophet came to represent a legislative miracle in women’s rights and duties, and this research focused on the issues of legislative miracle in regulating women’s rights in the six books specifically and the Holy Qur’an.
