The issue of endowment and initiation in the Holy Qur'an has received great attention from scholars, readers and commentators, due to the relevance of this science to the Qur'anic meanings, Until this science counted half of the science of tajweed, as stated in the impact of Imam Ali (may God honor his face) in the interpretation of the recitation in the saying of the Almighty: […and recite the Qur'an with measured recitation.][1] It: (( Recitation of letters and knowledge of standing)).
In order for the reader to apply the principles of this science correctly, he must avoid the obstacles, barriers, and reasons that prevent him from adhering to the rules of stopping and starting.
The obstacles that prevent the reader and keep him away from the correct stopping and starting are: lack of knowledge of the rules of the Arabic language, ignorance of Qur’anic interpretation and readings, lack of self-esteem, negligence and lack of attention.
The research has clarified all these obstacles and developed appropriate solutions that make the reader of the Holy Qur’an aware and knowledgeable about reading it.
