Anxiety about communication and its relationship to professional stability For primary school principals

Research objectives: The research aims to identify:
- Anxiety regarding communication among primary school principals.
- Professional stability among primary school principals.
- The relationship between communication apprehension and professional stability among primary school principals.
The current research was limited to principals of primary schools of the General Directorate in Baghdad and Rusafa Governorate I for the academic year 2023-2024.
Theoretical framework: The current research reviewed the theoretical framework of the study variables.
Search procedures:
1 - The researcher adopted the researcher’s communication apprehension scale (Al-Naimi 2009) and the researcher’s professional stability scale (Al-Eidani 2011) was also adopted after verifying their validity, reliability, and method of answering their paragraphs.
2- The above two measures were applied to a sample of primary school principals, amounting to (100) male and female principals. The researcher used the statistical package to analyze the results.
The following results were reached:
1 - The results of the research showed that primary school principals have no apprehension about communication.
2 - The results of the research showed that primary school principals have professional stability.
3 - The results showed that there is a significant negative correlation between apprehension about communication and professional stability among primary school principals.

The researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions.
