The arts are the best expression of the cultural heritage of peoples, and their beliefs, customs and historical achievements. The cultural roots of any people have a great importance in the development of civilization, and artistic production is nothing but the outcome of experiences and expertise with the characteristics of civilized peoples. Accordingly, and accordingly, the creators of Mesopotamia and Iran were able to formulate an aesthetic art that distinguishes it from the arts of other peoples.
The totality was known to express aesthetics and artistic criticism, which is concerned with all arts, and that its importance lies in the experience when it descends from the artistic, as we find the artists of the Iraqi and Iranian schools whose expression stems from the same artist, expressing the nature of the universe, life, man and divine existence, a way to approach the essence of art and its connection collective human activity.
