Abstract

 This study aims at the impact of tribal relationship to each other, overlapping a number of tribes nearly ratios and its extension within the two countries to the pursuit of resources, taking revenges to each other, but regime change and its impact on the political, security, social and cultural situation so that sometimes can not distinguish between the Chadian and Sudanese in the personal features as a result of interference tribal them. With the availability of weapons have led to a permanent region of tension in relations between the two countries as well as tribal conflict and the formation of fronts.

The subject of great importance where the shape of the overlap of population where the shape of this population overlap in African conflicts and disputes many claimed the lives of thousands of human beings as well as the attention of a researcher of African studies and public Sudan, especially where mobility researcher between and south Sudan, Chad, Ethiopia, get a testimony in the majority of its research information.
