Abstract

The study aims to high light the methodology ofAL FAROOK (may God be pleased with him) inadministration organization and his policy in choosingleaders and governors of states, which is counted to bethe first brick of state building ,whereas his erawitnessed the civilized transfer in to the administrationorganization. The most important conclusion , is thatthe administration epidemic in every era is theconcealment of superiors in-charged from the peoplethat have needs ,and this way the people lose theirwelfares and rights ,thus he did not neglect this matterand had put an eye on them, follow up and punish themno matter how high is their ranks.
