Abstract

 Witnessed developmental thought important developments on the way to restore rights to its rightful place at the center of efforts that seek to get to know the dimensions of the development process and the advancement of the means to achieve, has expanded the concept of development to move from simply focus on economic growth to be part of the process of sustainable development and become human development is a becoming claim to expand the choices before the people they put human beings at the center of the development process and that goal and the subject of a mixture.

The problem with the search spatial contrast to some of the human development indicators in Iraq for the year 2008, which is supposed to be this spatial variation at the provincial level and 18 provinces was due to data development, human and economic spend each numbered.
