Abstract
The present study presents future insight for the importance of the teacher education in Iraq according to the philosophy of the cognitive economy. This importance adjust with the importance of the teacher and his/her multirole that enforced by the time challenges.
The teacher is a gown that graduates, therefore his/her size effect in achieving the society aims, is very large. This importance of the teachers requires serious steps in preparing comprehensive national plans in education and teacher training and developing different aspects of their abilities.
