Imam Hussain's position on Muawiyah through the book Tahdhib al-Kamal fi Asma al-Rijal al-Mazi

Abstract

      The study of the subject of Imam Hussein’s position on Muawiyah came through the book Tahdheeb al-Kamal in the names of men;  To clarify the nature of the relationship between Imam Hussein and Muawiyah through the narrations of Abu Al-Hajjaj Al-Mazi, which was characterized by brevity, shortness and inaccuracy, and which did not give a clear picture of the nature of that relationship, and this was evident through review, investigation and comparison with other historical narrations.
