The research deals with titles (the position of the two newspapers on the Security Council resolutions on the incident 1991-1998, and the position of Al-Ahram and Al-Jimhouria newspapers on the international and Arab echoes of the Security Council resolutions 1997-2001, and the position of Al-Ahram and Al-Jimhouria newspapers emerged from the UN Security Council resolutions on the Lockerbie case and the imposition of sanctions on Libya, and the subsequent international and Arab echoes.
