Abstract

The research aimed to identify the manifestations of luxury in religious holidays in the Mamluk state, the Mamluks used to celebrate holidays, especially religious ones, and the Mamluk sultans and their statesmen participated in the community in these celebrations in various ways, where the statesmen and sultans were keen to give and confirm the religious interface to their rule, and the celebrations were Religious is an important aspect of it; That is why the Mamluk sultans were keen to show these celebrations in their best form, and the religious seasons and celebrations became public events that the government and the people greeted with a lot of splendor, joy and luxury. Which appeared in different ways in the Mamluk era.
