The Study of Diphthongs of Ibn Idrees's Book AL-Mukhtar: A Phonological Study

Abstract

The phenomenon of diphthong in the Glorious Quran, is repetitive in which the diphthong I found in the book of ( Al-Mukhtar.) that I'm studying it at once, is the diphthong of the output conergence and the features matching diphthong. This research is established by the analytic description method in describing sound phenomena in addition to analyzing the phrase and rephrasing within a scientific aspect. Not to mention that for being the book of ( Al-Mukhtar) one of the short books in the Quranic readings, the approved phonological examples in the study of diphthong were the most important forms of phonological handles which took place amongst the constants. The major examples those which "Ibn Idrees" had in his book(Al-Mukhtar) about the diphthong were leaning into the effortless and easy pronunciation, because it presents a Quranic knowledge for the beginners in this subject in reading the Glorious Quran in a highly level of eloquence.
