Women's participation in demonstrations from an Islamic perspective

Abstract

The Muslim woman has an important role in building society and political work. Islam has emphasized her participation in political work through the biography of the Prophet and the biography of the Rightly Guided Caliphs. Shari’a rulings on Muslim women’s participation in political matters, including demonstrations, and through this study, the researcher tried to shed light on women’s participation in demonstrations from an Islamic perspective and mentioned some provisions related to women during their participation in them by explaining the concept of participation and demonstrations, and clarifying the ruling on women’s participation in them through List the sayings of the authorized and their evidence. Then the impediments and their evidence, and from that to the topic of discussion and weighting, where the arguments of both groups were weighed and it was concluded that the participation of women in demonstrations from an Islamic perspective in which useful acceptance is conditioned regulations verified by the researcher at the end of this study.
