Abstract

This research aims to state the jurisprudential opinions of Imam Ismael AlDhareer (d. 430 A.H) which concern retribution, fasting and pilgrimage, in his book of interpretation of Quran: AlKifaya Fi Al-Tafseer.

These opinions are considered significant in the Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh). Obviously, most of the opinions are based on the Shafi' school of Islamic jurisprudence.

The research consists of an introduction and three sections, in addition to a conclusion and a list of references.
