The subject of American-Brazilian relations from 1913-1921 is one of the important topics in the field of historical studies. The reference to this importance is return to the changes in the policy of the United States of America towards Latin American countries, especially Brazil, during the presidency of Thomas Woodrow Wilson (1913-1921). Who was keen to induce it as the political and economic gate to the United States in Latin America after the coolness in the relations between the two countries during the presidency of William Howard Taft. The bilateral relations during Wilson's presidency witnessed a development of great importance, starting from mutual diplomatic representation through Brazil's participation in the First World War with the encouragement of the United States of America, ending with the distinguished economic relations between the two sides.
