Preserving the concept of the asset: a deep study

Abstract

The research dealt with the topic: preserving the purpose of money, a fundamental study, and presented to it through an introduction to the purposes of Sharia and its divisions, and the definition of the necessities of money, and how to save it, whether it is from public or private funds, and the evidence of saving money, and the research was presented to mention the public and private purposes of money necessities. And highlighting its preservation from the aspect of existence, or from the aspect of non-existence, and the researcher reached results, the most prominent of which is the importance of the necessity of money at the level of individuals and societies, and that in its preservation, there is preservation for the aspect of the nation, and its survival is feared by the aspect, and that all the laws agreed to preserve the purpose of money
