The Fundamental Differences Stated by Sheikh Al-Shanqeeti in Semantics Collect and Study

Abstract

This research addresses a study of the fundamental differences stated by Sheikh Al-Shanqeeti in semantics with biography of Sheikh Al-Shanqeeti, these differences mentioned in the research include absolute, restricted, undetermined, exception and interrupted exception, non-apparent text and understood text and delaying the explanation and report when necessary.

Therefore, the research revealed  that Sheikh Al-Shanqeeti, may Allah have mercy on him, with his majesty, and the loftiness of his rank, except that what he mentioned about the fundamental differences was quoted from others such as Al Qarafy and Al-Alawi in publish the items, and that he, may Allah have mercy on him, often mentions the fundamental difference without explaining its impact on the branches of issues, and that when he states the fundamental difference, he shall evoke the disagreement in the fundamental issue, then he explains  impact of disagreement on fundamental difference. The fundamental differences stipulated by him have been published in his fundamental books and others such as book  of Adwa al Bayan and book of Rihlat al-hajj ila Bayt Allah.
