Judicial rules contunel in the farewell sermone

Abstract

The farewell sermon is one of the prophetic sermons in which the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, laid the foundations of the religion. He instructed his companions, may God be pleased with them, to convey what was reported in it to those who were absent. This sermon organized a set of judicial principles, which, when applied, achieved the removal of injustice, the support of the oppressed, and the raising of the banner of truth and justice. It also protects rights and preserves sanctities. This sermon was a fertile field for study and research, and to show these principles to judges and others.
