The Hadeeth that embrace the retribution and its impact on the protection of the Islamic nation An Objective study

The Islamic religion considers the act of attacking individuals or society a felony, because it is necessary to protect human beings from killing or loss to sustain life until the end of life on earth. Besides, retribution is considered one of the most prominent Islamic provisions that preserves the lives of people in society, reform human life and maintain socialization, and achieve security and peace for the nation.
To achieve the research objectives, the research consists of 18 Hadith, introduction, two parts and a conclusion: -
- The introduction dealt with the importance of the topic, the reasons for its choice and the objectives of the research.
- The first topic: included the definition of retribution and its legitimacy, its importance, and the wisdom of it.
- The second topic: deals with the reasons of retribution, its important role in upbringing, forgiveness in retribution, and retribution on the Day of Resurrection.
- The conclusion embraces the most important findings.
