Abstract

Incitement is among the most important and prominent personal characteristics of a person, but it has not been addressed by researchers locally and in the Arab world at least, and what can be touched by some psychological researchers worldwide, and which may be responded to concepts similar or close to it such as incitement to hatred Eisenk has 1975, and researchers in the field of mental health, including Ker Chimmer 2001, from the Stockholm Psychological Center, indicate that there are a number of personality types concerned with those who do incitement in what he did and reap its consequences. Ark Fromm promised opportunism the main aspect of feeling vulnerable and useless as a result of surrounding life situations.
