The contemporary communication revolution, the speed of the flow of information and the enormous splendor of its mass has led to the need to pay attention to the public’s studies, define its priorities, improve the mental image and its clear relative effects on the formation of the individual and his ways of thinking in contemporary societies. To get to know the mental image and its change in the perception of the individual who is accustomed in his upbringing and development to a certain degree of ability to form mental images and change them for the October demonstrations of the year 2019 AD in Iraqi demonstrations and the rest of the provinces that went out calling for their demands and the events and manifestations that accompanied these demonstrations and knowing the impact of the media after Technological progress in drawing the mental image of the audience. Among the most prominent conclusions reached by the researcher (the subject of the research) is that the mental image that the Iraqi public bears towards the government was negative in response to the government's failure to play its role in providing the simplest services that the citizen needs, such as jobs, electricity and infrastructure, as well as the delay in completing projects and not providing an environment.
