Abstract
This research discusses the attitude of Argentina and Chile from World War 2 and their effect on the relations with the United States of America when the World 2 was occurred since the first of September in Europe. The attitude in American continent was the neutrality and that was agreed upon by most American states. This matter was changed after the Japan attack in Pearl Harbor in the 7th December 1941. That the made United States to declare war on understandings and directions towards Axis States. Argentina and Chile still for a long time away from Allied States, but the American pressure on the states led them to change their attitudes toward the United States. So Chile entered the war in the side of Allied states and break its relations with Axis states in 1943 and Argentina declared the war in march 27 in 1945 on Axis states.
