the world now is facing great challenges، especially of the technology and modern management. The problem of research is that our universities and colleges of education are not in line with modern administrative developments such as electronic management. This research is important because the research aims to identify the obstacles and problems that hinder The application of this administration in the faculties of education to avoid them and to move towards its application through the answer of members of the same type of research from the various administrative formations that represented the research community. The sample was obtained from (169) individuals who participated in answering the tool prepared by the two researchers after presenting them to the experts The researchers presented the theoretical aspect and a number of previous studies. After the practical application of the tool، the research came out with a number of results. The most important was the existence of coarse and hesitant in application by the officials and workers in these institutions. A number of recommendations and proposals related to research.
