Abstract
Al-Suhaili is considered one of the great Arab scholars with varying concerns and authorship fields. However, he is best known as a linguist and grammarian who has his distinctive views and responses to his opponents. His known linguistic and grammatical heritage has been published, and not a word has been said concerning the existence of a manuscript ascribed to Al-Suhaili that is waiting for someone to edit and publish it. So, here we are, editing this valuable missing manuscript, which we consider a ground breaking event in its field and in the history of authorship in Arabic language linguistics in that it makes possible for implication to be related to both morphological formula and syntactic compositions. Our work contains an introduction that elucidates the circumstances of our finding the manuscript, a description of it and a demonstration of its authenticity, a detailed account of the procedures of our work on the manuscript, a brief biography of Al-Suhaili, the edited text, and finally an index of the references used in the study.
