And the performance of its role, unless the mental image of the masses is positive, where the public understands its role, and accept to cooperate with them, that is, these sectors operate within the framework of the mental image in the minds of the masses that deal with them, so organizations, institutions and States to build a positive image In the minds of the public, aided by the media, which have played a major role in building the mental image.
