The Prophetic Method in Explaining Jurisprudential Rulings: A Foundational and Applied Study

Abstract

This research explores the Prophetic methodology in explaining legal rulings. Its importance lies in several aspects: First, its connection to the Prophetic Sunnah, the second source of Islamic legislation and the source of Sharia rulings. Second, highlighting the Prophetic methodology in explaining legal rulings and its distinctive diversity in teaching, guidance, and codification. Third, benefiting from Prophetic methods in renewing contemporary legal education, issuing fatwas, and writing. Fourth, demonstrating the impact of the Prophetic methodology in linking rulings to their objectives and considering the circumstances of those bound by Islamic law.

This research consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and a bibliography.

The introduction includes the importance of the research, the research problem, the research objectives, previous studies, the research methodology, and the research structure. The research included two sections, which are as follows: The first section: Establishing the Prophetic methodology in explaining jurisprudential rulings, and the second section: Applications of Prophetic methods in explaining jurisprudential rulings. Then I concluded this research with a conclusion in which I explained the most important results that I reached, and then an index of sources.
