The study of personalities is considered one of the important topics in historical research, especially in the contemporary history of Iraq, because it contains many personalities worthy of historical research and study. Although the majority of these personalities have been studied, this does not prevent the existence of several other personalities who played an important role in the history of Iraq. Contemporary Iraq has not been addressed academically or systematically. Therefore, it has become necessary for us as researchers to discuss her biography of Talabani which, along with highlighting the role of the character of Hassan, is considered the most prominent example of these characters, as he was destined to extend his political and administrative activity over two successive eras. The first was the era. The royal era, during which he held dozens of administrative positions, and then the first Republican era, during which he assumed and rose to senior ministerial positions in order to identify those roles and shed light on his activity. The title of our message was Hassan Talabani and his political activity in Iraq.
