Abstract

       Studying the life of Dionysius of Talmahri is of great importance, as he was contemporary with the events that he conveys in his writings, and he was also conveying them from a non-Islamic point of view. In addition, Dionysius was not only a transmitter of the event, but he was part of it, as represented by his multiple trips to the Caliphate and the Abbasid governors.
