Abstract

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon the Master of Messengers, our Master Muhammad, and upon his good and pure family and companions, and those who follow them in righteousness until the Day of Judgment. And after:

I had the honor of studying a little bit of the science of readings, under the title (Choice and Guidance in the Book of the Bride’s Market by Abu Mu’shar al-Tabari (d. 478 AH), collection and study), and the nature of the research required that it consist of an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion,I explained in the introduction the importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing it. The research objectives, plan and methodology.

In the first section, I introduced myself to Imam Abu Muasher al-Tabari, and an explanation of his name, lineage, title, upbringing, his sheikhs and students, and the scholars’ praise of him and his death, as well as an introduction to the book Souq al-Arous, and the author’s scholarly works.

The second topic was about Abu Mu’shar’s approach in criticizing and directing the words of the principles and the furniture. It explained the concept of criticism and guidance in language and terminology. Then he mentioned criticism and guidance in the principles, and then criticism and guidance in the branches.

In the third section, I mentioned Abu Ma’shar’s choices in the principles and the words of the furniture and studied them by explaining the concept of choice linguistically and terminologically, and explaining the choice in the principles and the choices in the furniture.

The research ended with a conclusion that showed the most important results of the research, the most important of which are:

1- Imam Abu Ma’shar al-Tabari did not make a lot of choices and guidance in his book, The Bride’s Market.

2- The basic principle of the lam is to make it thin, and it should not be made extravagant except for a reason.

3- The workshop of the hamza movement that is preceded by the plural meem is not transferred because it is connected with a waw.
