Abstract

The study aimed to shed light on the personality of izz aldin aliraqi and his foreign policy during his presidency of the Moroccan government (1986- 1992) as he is one of the personalities whe played an important role in the history of contemporary morocco especially in the field of international positions the positions was distinguished by extensive international relations that had an impact on morocco.
