Grammatical Interpretation by Ellipsis in the Work of Aref Al-Shirazi In his book ‘Afw Al-Afiya fi Sharh Al-Kafiya

Abstract

This research, entitled (Interpretation by deletion according to Arif al-Shirazi in his book - Pardon al-Afiya fi Sharh al-Kafiya), included the methods of grammatical interpretation by deletion that Arif al-Shirazi used in the contents of this explanation. The researcher began with a preface to include the introduction to the author of the explanation, the text, and the explanations that were based on it, then two sections followed.  The first section included an introduction to interpretation linguistically, terminologically, and its causes according to Arif Al-Shirazi. The second section mentioned interpretation by deletion, and the researcher presented examples including deleting nouns, deleting verbs, and deleting letters..
