Abstract

Many variables directly and indirectly affect the housing function and housing development in the city. Ultimately, either they have consequences on the way of progress or they work to push it forward. This depends on the extent of its development, progress, increase or decrease. Therefore, providing housing is one of the problems and challenges facing both the population and the state, and this is what the research focused on studying in the New Baghdad district.
