In other words, he can sell, mortgage, donate and other acts provided that he does not harm other partners or violates their rights. Therefore, the importance of the current study is to mark the limits where the partner can make use of his authority especially the authority of mortgage insurance and to shed lights on the partners acts altogether and their impact on the others
