Abstract

Readers of the Qur’an may sometimes face questions or ambiguities in understanding its meanings, which can hinder proper reflection and contemplation. This study seeks to examine Sheikh al-Khalwati’s methodology in presenting exegetical questions in his tafsīr and providing answers to them. It also clarifies the concept of exegetical questions and illustrates his approach to addressing them, including selected applied examples from his tafsīr.
