Land Use Unplanned ( Random Housing ) Its Impact on the services In City Of Kadhimiya

Abstract

The problem  of indiscriminate use uncharted ground  housing  . One of the  major cities in population and , demographic problems playing  the city of Baghdad Kdhimiya in general  and , in particular   failed  to municipal units  to provide services to residents, of the territories  almjnmaah  random  but  this phenomenon  increased  after 2003, State land and people  , Busied slums of available material from this of  environment and  local slum areas overlapped with planned land use. The led to the deformation of the contemporary  urban Fabric and the loss of aesthetic city. Researcher of the unite has been adopted in his study on the comprehensive  field  survey of areas random added to the information obtained  by the researches mayor Kadhimiya  and relevant departments . I Have focused on the study  of random housing with its  negative of facts on the city and the population  in teems of presume on community services an the pollution of the city.
