Educational Barriers Facing Primary School Students and Teachers in Public Schools

Through this research paper, we seek to provide an analytical reading of the most important real impediments that hinder the educational process, at the primary stage in Iraq, inside and outside the classroom. Especially those related to students, the curriculum, the teacher, the school administration, school buildings, as well as educational supervision; and finally, what is related to exams and the means of evaluation and measurement. Especially in the current circumstances in which the country is experiencing and full of negatives, difficulties, problems and instability in all aspects of life, as well as ways to overcome some of those impediments .
The research came in three main axes, the first axis was dedicated to the general framework of research. The second axis dealt with the most important obstacles related to all elements of the educational process. The third axis was dedicated to ways to overcome some of these impediments . The researcher has reached to several results , and a number of important recommendations .
