Professional challenges facing women working at the University of Kufa

Since ancient times, women face a degree of challenges and pressures, whether at the level of work or family, so they have many problems that hinder the opportunity to perform their roles, the aim of the research is to identify the most prominent professional challenges facing working women in general and at the University of Kufa in particular.
The information on the topic of the research was met by distributing the questionnaire form to reach the required results. Through the field study, the research reached the high academic achievement of female working females who obtained a bachelor’s and master’s degree with a higher percentage than the rest of the other educational levels and reached (16.1%, 12.4%), respectively.
While the study revealed the low rate of high diploma (4.9%), as well as the high percentage of working females who sometimes face difficulties in achieving work and family life (45.8%), while those who face the difficulties in a significant way reached (26%), and it became clear that the opportunities for gender promotion are somewhat equal by a rate of (40.9%), while the percentage of working females who ring there is clear discrimination there clearly It reached (9.9%).
