Scholars are the heirs of the prophets and they are the blazing light that does not go out over the years and ages. People are like stars in the sky with scholars. As it is said, the highest status of people is he who is between Allah and His servants, and they are the prophets and scholars. So I wanted the subject of my research to be one of the scholars of the Islamic religion, Ibn Qaddah Al-Hawari, as he is one of the unique scholars who are known for their piety, honesty and knowledge. He has a great, prestigious and prominent position among the Maliki scholars of his time. I studied his jurisprudential approach in his book, “Fiqh Issues.” The research was divided into an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The most important conclusion of the research was that despite Ibn Qaddah being one of the unique scholars, no light was shed on his scientific life, and the evidence is the scarcity of references that mention the details of his upbringing and scientific career. As for his jurisprudential choices in some issues, they are as follows: His opinion on the issue of building a grave was that it is not permissible to build it with stone or lime, and there is no problem with placing a stone at its head. As for the issue of the sacrifice, it is not permissible to leave it and to share it. As for selling its skin, it is not permissible and it is disliked to give it in charity after selling it.
