Abstract

The duty of the slave is to know what pleases AL-Mighty Allah so as to do it as soon as he can and to be familiar with what makes AL-Mighty Allah upset in order to avoid it to win the happiness sooner and later. Islamic Jurisprudence is defined as the path that leads to guidance where he is able to differentiate between what is allowed (Halal) and what is forbidden (Haram), what is right and what is wrong and what is good and what is bad. This is why, Muslim scholars clarified its matters and they present its pieces of evidence. Besides, they arrange its arguments, ward off its problems and understand the manifestation of its doctrinal issues. It is worth mentioning that all the above mentioned topics are derived from the Glorious Qur'an, Prophetic Tradition (Sunnah of prophet Mohammad (PBUH)) and the unanimity of the nation to affirm that they are valid every time  and everywhere. So, my paper is tilted "Selling and the rule of its mixing: Comparative Doctrinal Study". It embraced an introduction, two chapters and conclusions.
