Abstract

The author is Mohammad Ibn Mahmoud Ibn Abdulhaq AL-Umari, and I was honored by investigating his message that is titled "Exultation in interpreting reservation". Moreover, it is photocopied from a unique copy of AL-Azhariya Glorious Library.

So, the author elaborated on one of the systems of Munasakhat (it is the death of one or more heirs before dividing the inheritance) in an easy style supported by examples and explanatory diagrams.

The paper is divided into two parts:

First part: Academic part, it consists of two chapters.

Chapter one: Introduction about the author

Chapter two: Introduction with regard to the message and approaches of investigation.

Second part: The investigated texts
