Primary education represents the basic base of the pyramid for the various stages of education and is the most widespread due to the wide base of the population pyramid for the childhood category in Iraq. Primary education is the first link in the development and advancement of the scientific and cultural community, and the cities of Iraq suffer from the inefficiency of primary education services, especially the study area (Al-Shu’la neighborhood). ) in the city of Baghdad.
Which lives in a state of deterioration of community services in transportation methods, provision of water and electricity services, waste accumulation and other problems that have affected in one way or another the education services and overcrowding, and the study area is one of the neighborhoods of the city of Baghdad and is located in the Karkh region, west of the Tigris River. The primary education sector suffers from the inefficiency of education services represented by the number of school buildings, the number of teaching staff members, and the number of school classes, as well as the number of students in one school. Most of the schools are old and date back to the sixties of the last century
