The study entitled "The Impact of the Kharijites on the Mashriq Environment during the Period (205-290 AH): A Study of Military and Administrative Aspects" sheds light on the demographic composition of the Mashriq region, characterized by its diverse ethnicities, and examines the influence of the Kharijites on the intellectual and doctrinal orientations of its inhabitants. It further explores how these influences were mobilized against the Abbasid Caliphate with the aim of weakening and ultimately dismantling its authority. This was achieved through recurrent uprisings that garnered support from the Mashriq’s population. The study argues that these revolts catalyzed the establishment of independent states in the Mashriq, such as the Tahirid and Saffarid dynasties, which broke away from Abbasid central rule
