Abstract

Praise be to God, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of God, and after:

A large part of the importance of this study lies in the fact that it deals with the life and achievements of an Orientalist who worked in high government positions(1942-1944) and visited the East. He was also estranged from his homeland due to the scourges of World War II and its aftermath, which makes his pen a representative of his ideas crystallized from the events and suffering he lived through. He is also a descendant of A family of priests spanning five successive generations.

He lived through the ravages of World War II, as his homeland was occupied and he was displaced, leaving his family. He had completed his education with distinction in the schools and colleges of his country (Romania), as he had completed the study of philosophy and theology there with distinction as well.

Then he worked in his country's diplomatic corps and occupied high-ranking positions there. He had many poetic, literary, and novelistic talents that demonstrated his ability and qualifications. Then came the catastrophe of the occupation of his country in 1944 AD and its surrender to the Red Army. He lived as a vagabond and in harsh conditions. He was twenty-seven years old at the time, as he refused to return to his country, and France was his diaspora. In which he spent the rest of his life.

Giorgio has written many books, the most notable of which is (A New Look at the Biography of the Messenger of God (peace be upon him)). He also has more than twenty-five novels that revealed in their entirety his literary talents and his linguistic and poetic interests. Studying Giorgio’s life, studying it, and delving into its meaning reveals to us an important aspect of the interests of a high class of people. The multi-talented Orientalists also reveal an important era in which Orientalist activity was active.
