According to its geographical location and his torical specificity,Japan knows acontinuous dynamicin its Foreign policy,is determined as the main pillar of the international relations theory,as it reflects the dynamic nature of units inheraction, this dynamic can be seen in the Japanese external behavior, where it took an important space in the major lR schools, because of the specificityprovided by the Japanese external a pragmatic vision for the role that Japan should play in the international system, but in parallel with the limitations of the mechanisms that it uses, the dimensions of the national in terest, the dimensions of pragmatism and in ternal perception for the behavior that Tokyo mustadopt, constitute pivotal variables for underst anding the peculiarity of Japans Foreign Policy.
