Abstract

The Great Qur’an is a book of guidance, education, and reform, and not a book of telling stories or rulings. Rather, it is a great constitution that came with a comprehensive empowering approach that solves its problems and eliminates its crimes, because there is no kidnapping or great enumeration, as it came comprehensively for all aspects of life, and for this reason the entire Qur’an was a unique approach. It is one of its kind to combat crime in society through two sectarian approaches: the first: preventive practices, which prevent crime before it occurs, and the second approach: remedial punitive practices: it deters the perpetrator of the crime and rebukes anyone who tempts him to commit crime
