Faces of Preference According to Al-Dhamdi (1290 AH( In his Interpretation, “Fath al-Mannan bi Tafsir al-Qur’an

Abstract

This study deals with the approach of Al-Hasan bin Ahmad Al-Dhamdi in employing aspects of weighting through his interpretation: “Fath Al-Manan bi Tafsir Al-Qur’an.” The study included an introduction, a preface, two sections and a conclusion. In the introduction, I talked about the reason for choosing the topic and its purpose. After the introduction, the introduction included an introduction to Al-Dhamdi. And its scientific status among the scholars. In the first section, the study dealt with the definition of preference, its pillars and conditions, and its status among the methods of resolving conflict. In the second section, the study dealt with the aspects of preference according to Al-Dhamdi, that is, the methods and methods he followed in giving preference to one statement over another in the meaning of the verse, and then the conclusion was mentioned in it. The results I reached through research.
