Abstract

Today, our world is going through major political changes and substantial transformations warning of the emergence of a new International multipolar system. For tens of years, there was one dominant bipolar political system, then there was a main polar system, yet now, we are noticing all the signals for the return of the multipolar political system with the main ambitious countries using different means to achieve that end. Some of those countries may use the hard power to reach their aim; as we see with the Russians  and how they are trying to assert their role in the International scene by occupying Georgia, the Ukraine and the Crimean peninsula in an attempt to revive the former Soviet Union’s glory with its many ethnicities. Other countries are trying to use economy as a soft power to control the world, as the case with China, and make the idiom “Made in China” a main factor to achieve that goal. Regardless of using any of the two powers, the aim is to share the    U S A  of ruling the world through one multipolar politisl system .
